Kaspersky Lab is one of the leading IT- security company with 37 offices worldwide and more than 3000 employee in the staff. We are looking for Global Head of Partner Account Management.
- account management of global distributors operating in different regions;
- development of global enterprise direct partners;
- leadership in transformation of global b2b partners program;
- development of global b2b partners program and alignment of regional programs;
- development of MSSP partners program including financial and operations models;
- partners education programs management;
- coordination of regional enterprise partners development by PAMs, ranking, assessment, pipeline analysis;
- regional partners events coordination.
- 10+ years of direct experience in Channel Sales, Sales Operations, Partner Sales Programs and Promotions, Product or Channel Marketing related roles;
- experience working with channel partner incentive programs to drive sales and adoption of company strategies;
- experience working with IT project teams to drive business and program requirements;
- experienced in data analysis;
- good Project Management skills;
- previous experience of working in IT vendors with cross-functional teams;
- fluent English.
